Through our new My&#博狗体育官方81;康Home patient portal, you can:
- Securely and easily manage your healthcare online
- View recent laboratory results
- Obtain radiology reports
- View current medications
- List current allergies
- View immunization records
- Review clinical summaries of the care you received at Grandview Medical Center
- Share your information with caregivers and other providers
Two Ways to Create Your My&#博狗体育官方81;康Home Account:
- Enrollment Invitation – Grandview Medical Center will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
- Self-Enrollment – If you did not provide Grandview Medical Center with your e-mail address, you can still create an account by clicking here.

Note to previous Portal Users:
Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with My&#博狗体育官方81;康Home in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

Grant Account Access to a Designated Caregiver/Guardian Page
To grant a caregiver, guardian or trusted family member/friend access to your My&#博狗体育官方81;康Home account, you will need to set up Caregiver access during the registration process. If you are no longer at the hospital, please call the hospital’s primary phone number for assistance.
